By accessing or using the Shyam Ahuja website, placing an order, or engaging our custom design services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services.

These terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers of Shyam Ahuja, including those who browse, purchase, or interact with any part of our platform or physical ateliers.

Shyam Ahuja offers luxury handcrafted textiles, dhurries, fabrics, and bespoke custom design services. All products are handmade by skilled artisans, and as such, minor variations in colour, texture, and pattern are inherent characteristics of the craft — not defects.

Product images on our website are representative. Actual colours may vary slightly due to display settings, photographic lighting, and the natural character of hand-dyed materials.

Custom orders are subject to separate timelines, pricing, and conditions as communicated during your consultation. Custom pieces are made-to-order and are generally non-returnable.

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified for international orders. Prices are subject to change without prior notice, though any confirmed order will be honoured at the price quoted at the time of purchase.

We accept payment via major credit and debit cards, bank transfers, UPI, and select digital wallets. Full payment is required at the time of placing an order unless a bespoke payment schedule has been arranged for custom projects.

Applicable taxes, duties, and shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout. For international orders, any import duties or local taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.

All content on the Shyam Ahuja website — including but not limited to designs, photographs, text, logos, patterns, and proprietary artwork — is the exclusive property of Shyam Ahuja and is protected by Indian and international copyright laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any of our content without express written permission. Custom designs created for clients remain the intellectual property of Shyam Ahuja unless a separate licensing agreement is executed.

Standard orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund. After this window, cancellation requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and a cancellation fee may apply.

Custom and made-to-order pieces cannot be cancelled once production has commenced. Deposits on custom orders are non-refundable.

Shyam Ahuja shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our products or services, including but not limited to delays in delivery, product variations, or website interruptions.

Our total liability in any matter arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be limited to the amount paid by the customer for the specific product or service in question.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.

We encourage you to reach out to our team directly before initiating any formal dispute resolution process. Most concerns can be resolved through open and respectful dialogue.

Shyam Ahuja reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
