Every product is handcrafted by skilled artisans. Slight variations in colour, texture, weave, and dimension are inherent to hand-made goods and are not considered defects. They are a mark of authenticity.
Product images are as accurate as photography and screen calibration allow. Colours may appear differently depending on your device settings. We strongly recommend requesting a physical swatch or sample before placing large or bespoke orders.

Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
For products available for online purchase, full payment is required at the time of order via our secure payment gateway. Accepted methods include credit cards, debit cards, UPI, and net banking.
For bespoke orders, digital consultations, and showroom appointments, pricing is confirmed separately following your enquiry. A confirmed bespoke order requires written acknowledgement and an advance payment as agreed with our team. The balance is due prior to dispatch.
Shyam Ahuja is not responsible for any additional charges such as customs duties, import taxes, or local levies applicable to international orders. These are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

Before production begins, we will share a design brief, colour reference, material specification, and estimated timeline for your written approval. Any amendments requested after approval may result in additional costs and revised timelines, which will be communicated to you before we proceed.
Advance payments made towards bespoke orders are non-refundable once production has commenced.

Order Confirmation and Cancellation
Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation by email. This confirms receipt of your order, not acceptance of it. Shyam Ahuja reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at its discretion, in which case a full refund will be issued.
For ready-made products, cancellation requests may be submitted within 24 hours of placing the order, provided the item has not been dispatched. Write to us at [insert contact email] immediately.

Shipping and Delivery
We ship across India and to select international destinations. Estimated delivery timelines are provided at the time of order and are indicative, not guaranteed.
Shipping charges, where applicable, will be displayed at checkout or confirmed at the time of enquiry.
Risk of loss or damage passes to the buyer upon handover to our logistics partner. All products are carefully packed to ensure safe transit.
Delays caused by courier partners, customs clearance, natural events, or other circumstances beyond our control are not the liability of Shyam Ahuja.

Returns and Exchanges
We stand behind the quality of every piece that leaves our studio. If you receive a product that is damaged in transit or materially different from what was confirmed in your order, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Photograph the damage and the packaging before contacting us at shop@shyamahuja.com.

Consultations and appointments are subject to availability and must be confirmed in advance.
Rescheduling is accepted with a minimum of 48 hours' notice. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled time may forfeit any booking fee paid.
