Note to the Buyer
Please recognize that our products have been hand-woven from hand dyed yarns, creating unique and distinctive patterns that will vary slightly adding to the aesthetic value of each piece. The variations in color and weave reflect the individual style of each craftsman and are not to be considered imperfections. Size variance of 3% to 5% is normal for hand loom/handmade products. We cannot guarantee against color variance, fading, wearing or exact side matching. We do not guarantee against shrinkage, color change or variation during or after an application of any chemicals or processing in any form. Width and repeat are approximate. Please have a look at our CARE INSTRUCTIONS for specific details on our products.

Pricing
Prices are subject to change without notice. While we try to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices that appear are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any Product or Service that you have ordered from SHYAM AHUJA, we will inform you of this as soon as possible. Please know that we are not responsible for changes in pricing for third party services such as installations etc.

All prices are inclusive of Indian GST. Bank Transfer Payments are to made “All Transfer Fees paid by sender”. Delivery costs may be charged in addition; such additional charges are displayed where applicable and included in the total cost. For shipments outside of India (excluding North America), you will be solely responsible for calculating and paying any and all taxes, customs duties, fees, etc. imposed by the destination country in relation to the Product(s) or Services. Payment for all orders shipped outside of India must be made in foreign currency (not INR) in accordance with Indian Law

Installations
We undertake installations around the world, serviced through our showrooms in New York, Brussels, Mumbai, Delhi & Bengaluru. Do note that these installations are done by reputed third party entities. Though vetted by SHYAM AHUJA, we take no guarantees on work performed by installers/fabricators or other vendors. You have the right to choose your own fabricator/installer or work directly with a vendor identified by SHYAM AHUJA. Our specialty is in manufacturing quality merchandise. We help facilitate installations at the behest of our clients ONLY.

Shipping
Our prices include shipping, handling and insurance within India and the continental United States of America (for orders processed through our Indian and American offices respectively). Rugs will be packed carefully and shipped ‘rolled’ (not folded) to be delivered to your location. Spreading and installation is not included unless specifically requested and is priced separately. Our products ship via many different methods – FedEx, UPS, local courier, commercial trucker – depending on your location and on the product dimensions. We will provide tracking information and keep you updated on your order once it leaves our warehouse. Please recognize that we are not liable for damage that occurs during the shipping process. If you notice any damage, please inform us immediately and take images of the packaging and the product: we will inform the insurance companies and work with you to find a solution. Rest of the World:
Rugs with width sizes superior to 300cms will be delivered with 1 fold, and then rolled: FedEx does not accept Bales greater than 300cms. This might entail the need for blocking and stretching at your end and at your expense. Should you wish rugs shipped rolled, please inform us in advance so we may advise additional air freight cargo costs or help identify installers/fabricators at your end. All import licenses and/or permits to import into country of consignee are exclusively the responsibility of the buyer. All import and ‘after landing costs’ to be paid to Customs, Forwarding Agents or Courier Companies in your country are exclusively the responsibility of the buyer and to be paid directly to the local entity.

Product Description
SHYAM AHUJA tries to be as accurate as possible. However, SHYAM AHUJA does not warrant that product description or other content of this site is 100% accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. In the case of our customization process, the final product may differ slightly from that of the image being designed or the sample initially presented.

Inaccuracies and Typographical Errors 
The information on the SHYAM AHUJA web site may contain typographical errors or inaccuracies and may not be complete or current. We therefore reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change and update information at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order). Please note that such errors, inaccuracies or omissions may relate to product description, pricing and availability. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you.

Claims
All goods must be inspected upon receipt. Claims will not be allowed for any reasons after goods have been cut or treated in any way. No claims will be allowed for labor charges under any circumstances. All claims must be made in writing within ten days of receipt of goods. No returns will be accepted without prior approval. There will be a 25% handling charge on all goods returns and on all cancellations irrespective of reason. This charge cannot be adjusted on any other order. Custom orders cannot be cancelled. If under very special circumstances, cancellation is agreed upon, there will be a fee of 25%. This fee cannot be adjusted on any other order.

Limited Liability
All goods are supplied by us on the condition that our liability for any fault or defect in the quality condition, description or fitness for any purpose is limited in amount to a sum not exceeding the purchase price of the particular goods. No liability will be accepted for any loss or profit or consequential loss or damages for late delivery (however caused), failure to match exactly or lack of color fastness.

Trademark, Copyright and Restriction
This site is controlled and operated by SHYAM AHUJA. All material on this site, including images, illustrations, audio clips, and video clips, are protected by copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights that are owned and controlled by us or by other parties that have licensed their material to us. Material on www.shyamahuja.com web site owned, operated, licensed or controlled by us is solely for your personal, non-commercial use. You must not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit or distribute such material in any way, including by e-mail or other electronic means and whether directly or indirectly and you must not assist any other person to do so. Without the prior written consent of the owner, modification of the materials, use of the materials on any other web site or networked computer environment or use of the materials for any purpose other than personal, non-commercial use is a violation of the copyrights, trademarks and other proprietary rights, and is prohibited. SHYAM AHUJA recognizes that it must maintain and use customer information responsibly. We will not rent, give or sell your personally identifiable information to any outside organization for that organization’s own use without your consent. Jurisdiction
All SHYAM AHUJA contracts, irrespective of where they are entered, shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with Indian Law under Indian jurisdiction.
